Academic Standards, Homework, Student Services

Academic Standards

All students are expected to adhere to the academic policies established at their home school-middle or high school. Project DRIVE strives to deliver the same quality of education within the unique setting of an alternative school as that received by students attending Milford High School and Milford Middle School.

Homework

See the School District's policy on homework here.

Student Services
All students who attend Milford Alternative School are required to achieve the same criteria for graduation and for participation in extracurricular activities set forth by their home school-Milford Middle School or Milford High School. Diplomas are granted through Milford High School for high school students. Milford Alternative School students often work closely with their guidance counselors to provide assistance in course selection, required courses needed for graduation and post-secondary planning. Please see the Student Services section in the handbook for the Middle School or for the High School for further information as to the specific requirements. Reading books
